The War is Gone but Tensions Still Lingure

This is a video about Britain spying on Russia using a rock. Even though the war has been over for several years, Britain found that they still needed to have that “spy rock” there. Constantly there’s a need for every country to know what the other one is up to. They all want to be better than the other or one step ahead. A big reason for this concern has to do a lot with the world wars and post-war because even though problems were resolved and actions were taken to prevent another world war there’s always that thought of history repeating itself. Tensions with Russia seems as though they will always be there as George F. Kenneth (“X”) says in “The Sources of Soviet Conduct.” Kenneth states that the United States and its allies should be careful in policy making with Russia. Apparently, Russia might have a hidden agenda to spread it’s “ideologies” but is in no rush to spread it in a hurry. This belief and fear is felt because Russia claims to be democratic and looks like a democratic country on the outside but many would argue it’s not on the inside. The democracy part in Russia is very lean. The major powers of the world seem to get very uneasy towards the countries that are not like them.
